​​After retiring from the Met with 32 years service in 2012, I embarked on a journey to further my personal education to help others achieve their goals, starting with, studying for and obtaining, a post graduate degree in Coaching.

 

I specialise in coaching for promotion processes, all the way up to Chief Superintendent and I have helped over 200 clients move on up into their next role.​
