This privacy policy relates to this rebounce.co.uk website.

 

I’m a retired police officer so I know how precious your piece of mind is around your privacy. Rebounce Coaching and this website are owned and operated by me Tim Garlick. I am a sole trader.  If you have any data protection enquiries please do not hesitate to address them to me at timrebounce@gmail.com

 

I do not carry out any marketing campaigns so I will not contact you unsolicitedly with details of offers or products by email, sms, post, or telephone. We are totally committed to you privacy and do not share or sell or trade any of the information collected to third parties.

​What type of information do we have?

We collect and hold personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics, for example, name and address and contact details.

How do we get the information and why do we have it?

Most of the personal information we collect and store about you is provided to us by you when you make an enquiry with us.


We need to collect and hold your information to respond to any enquiry with us and to enable us to fulfil any contract you enter into with us. That is to say - if you undertake a piece of work with us we need the information we've collected to fulfil that contract and maximise the effectiveness of it, this includes: arranging meetings, providing coursework and communicating by email,  to enable us to know whom and where to send the invoice to and in order to collect your payment through PayPal. We may also invite you to join a Whatsapp group of other clients for the purpose of opening up learning, peer support and information sharing. This is entirely voluntary and you may leave the group at any time.

We aim to collect the barest personal details from you in order to fulfil our contractual obligations.
